i am 14 years old, am 5'7" -5'8" and weigh 150lbs. a lot of my friends are a lot bigger than me and i now workout to get bigger. my goal is to add at least 20lbs of lean muscle mass by september (which is when football starts). so is it necessary for me to take supplements like creatine or whey protein to help me reach my goal? if so could you please tell me some effective products out there. and could you please give me some tips when it comes to nutrition and building muscle. thanks
