Open Question: pain in hands and arm?

Before you read this I'm letting it be known I do not have medical insurance and am asking this to see if it might be a reason to create an unwanted medical bill. For the past year I've been having supratic numbness in my finger tips. Within the last few months I'm now having spontaious shooting pains in both arms from my ring finger to about midway up my forearm. The pains are so bad that I cry. Can anyone help?
