I have irrational health anxiety, and my latest tick is something I've noticed for years, however, I feel like since I've focused on it, the problem has become worse (most likely in my mind.) I'm 21. Clearly all of my teeth are permanent. I can only feel my front teeth wiggle if I press a finger against the front of them and press my lower teeth into them. There is no ache, and I take pretty good care of my teeth. I mostly do this becuase of my ability to worry myself, but some reassurance and suggestions would be nice. Thanks guys.
