Alvarez took the stand on day three of the Michael Jackson Death trial and testified of Paris Jackson's screams for her father.
Alvarez noted how he saw Jackson laying palms up with medical equipment everywhere. "I believed that Dr. Conrad Murray had the best intentions for Mr. Jackson," he testified.
It is still unclear as to why Jackson's two oldest children, Prince Michael and Paris, were called to the room by Murray. "Paris screamed out, 'Daddy!' " Alberto Alvarez testified on the third day of Dr. Conrad Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial in Los Angeles. "Later Thursday, Jackson's personal chef, Kai Chase, also testified to the children's reaction. Packing Up Propofol
Alvarez says Murray then shifted his focus from giving CPR and asked Alvarez to help pack up medical bottles and equipment. Jackson's parents and siblings, including Janet Jackson, stared intently. Jackson's father, Joseph Jackson, and sister LaToya smiled.
"I believed that Dr. Conrad Murray had the best intentions for Mr. Jackson," Alvarez testified.
The 911 Call
With paramedics on their way, Alvarez says he watched Murray place a pulse oximeter on Jackson's finger. Such a device could have alerted Murray that Jackson was having trouble breathing.
Alberto Alvarez, one of Michael Jackson’s trusted employees, testified in the trial of Dr. Conrad Murray that Jackson’s children had witnessed their father on his deathbed.
Afterwards, Dr. Murray asked Alvarez to help him pack bottles of chemicals and an IV bag with a bottle inside. The court is using Alvarez’s testimony to verify that Michael Jackson had apparently been hooked up to an IV bag with propofol, the hospital-strength anesthetic that prosecutors believe caused Jackson’s death.
