Fury sends Black Widow to find Banner. A third scene shows Stark and Banner working in the Stark labs together. Stark zaps Banner to see if the Hulk would come out.
• Panelists were asked who their favorite Avenger or superhero was. Ruffalo chose Black Widow and Maria Hill. It is Phase 2 of the Avengers Initiative and will lead into an Avengers sequel. Feige also confirmed a post-credits scene at the end of Avengers.
Goofy moments at the panel:
• The crowd prompted Clark Gregg to perform an Avengers theme song he wrote and sang it for the crowd but told the crowd to imagine Trent Reznor performing it.
Clark Gregg then asked Hiddleston to sing his Avengers theme.
• The cast reminisces of an impromptu post-shoot gathering in Albuquerque where Evans texted, “Avengers Assemble”. Along with a panel featuring stars Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, and Tom Hiddleston, fans were treated to a special sneak peek at footage from the film. It starts with a little girl in what appears to be India convincing Bruce Banner (Ruffalo) to help treat her ailing father. Unsurprisingly, the Comic Con crowd lurrrved it, particularly any reference to what Banner calls “the other guy.”
