Once Upon A Time begins this Sunday, November 23 in the U.S. on ABC, and then you have proposed the first 9 minutes of the first episode a few days ago, (re) discover the trailer leaves us just as skeptical.
Despite the team in control of the series and casting a rather solid, really hard to get excited for Once Upon A Time, the new ABC series that begins this Sunday at 20h. It could precede Desperate Housewives for the occasion to receive a little help in case of good hearing. But viewers will they be interested in this series whose concept is still quite special?
Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz, two former writers of Lost and rather famous, wrote Once Upon A Time, which mixes fictional characters and characters from fairy tales. Most players will have a dual role, with the exception of Jennifer Morrison (Dr. House), the heroine of the story. It interprets Emma Swan, a young woman a 10 year old boy (Jared Gilmore) claiming that he is contacting his son.
Emma then moved to Storybrooke hand, a small town where some residents are modern incarnations of fairy tales. Ginnifer Goodwin (Big Love) is Snow White, Josh Dallas Prince Charming and the Wicked Witch Lana Parrilla, but also the mayor of the city. Robert Carlyle (Stargate Universe) plays for his Rumpelstiltskin, a black magician. The first 9 minutes were unveiled a few days ago.
ABC has already canceled Charlie's Angels this season but has instead two new extended, Revenge and Suburgatory. It has not yet ruled on Pan Am, the series starring Christina Ricci. It relies heavily on Once Upon A Time, which comes so late and could move back Sunday night, rather dull since the beginning of the season.
