Open Question: RECOMMEND A THREE MORNING CARDIO & WEIGHLIFTING ROUTINE?

I CURRENTLY DO 20 MINUTES ON THE ELLIPTICAL 3 TIMES A WEEK AND 20 MINUTES WEIGHTLIFTING 3 TIMES A WEEK. I DO A TOTAL OF 6 SETS 9-12 REPS TRICEP AND CHEST CONCENTRATION: 3 SETS BENCH PRESS AND 3 SETS OF ROPE PULL DOWNS. I DO 6 SETS 9-12 REPS OF BICEP CURLS. I DO 80 SITUPS ON THE ROMAN BENCH. I WOULD LIKE TO DO MORE LOWER BODY: SQUATS, CALF RAISES BUT DONT FEEL I HAVE A ENOUGH TIME TO FIT ALL OF IT IN. SUGGESTIONS? THANKS!
