Open Question: how do i go back to my normal self?
I have recently gained a little weight because summer started and i've been drinking a lot and eating late nights. I am naturally thin but usually a lot thinner. I would like to have my face thinner and my legs and stomach thinner. I was wondering if there were any exercises I could possibly do to get back to the shape i used to be in! I am desperate and need a quick fix!!
