Open Question: Only 5 feet tall and almost 120! How can I lose weight?

I'm 16, 5 foot even and 115-117 pounds. I have a small stomach (it could be a bit more toned though) but I have big muscular thighs(that's what really bothers me) Will exercises even help if they're muscle, not fatty? I wish they didn't touch! My goal weight is 105 so thats 10-12 pounds. I'm already eating healthy, jogging, and doing sittups (I haven't seen any results in a week or two!) what other exercises are good?
