Daily work is counter productive?$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$… If I do dumbbells and press ups/squats etc with 1lb wrist straps every day will it get counter productive and make my muscle give away? Like If you skip breakfast to lose weight you actually gain weight. So instead of getting bigger/stronger you get weaker, is this true?
