Open Question: Its 5pm and I just woke up and have to go for my cardio..What to eat?

Its 5pm and I just woke up and have to go for my cardio..What to eat? I have to go to the gym for 15 mins of running/walking/cycling and then ab exercises...The problem is its 5pm and I just woke up (cuz I had slept too late) so what do I EAT and go? I have no fruits at home and nothing good to eat...Will a 25 gm protein scoop in water do? And then leave for gym in 10 mins??
