The American David Testo, a professional football player who played in the league including North American (MLS), said Thursday his homosexuality in an interview with Radio-Canada chain, an extremely rare for a professional sportsman.
"I really regret not having said publicly before, said Testo. I fought with it all my life, my whole career. Living the life of a professional athlete and being gay is incredibly difficult.
